The Scotland Trip Is Now Full.

With Dr. Chelsea Wiliams, Theology PhD, Princeton Seminary, and Led by Pastor Beth Pinney and Rev. Dr. Kathy Sizer

Our trip to Scotland will be one in which we will explore our Presbyterian roots and theological heritage in the beautiful cities and islands of Scotland. Having lived and studied in Edinburgh and St. Andrews, Chelsea Williams brings local knowledge, as well as historical and theological insights, to the places we will visit. We begin in Edinburgh and visit the historic St. Giles Cathedral, Holyrood Palace, the National Gallery of Art and History Museum, with free time to explore, Whiskey tasting and more. Day trips include St. Andrews, rich in Presbyterian history, and Scone, the seat of Scottish political intrigue and religious change. We then take a drive through the highlands on our way to two nights on the wild island of Iona, the cradle of ancient Christianity in Scotland with its Celtic crosses, daily worship in its marvelous, reconstructed abbey, and island hiking. We return to Edinburgh to fly home or venture farther on your own.

Please note that exact times will depend on flights, with more details to come regarding options.
